Our Reservation Policies

Spa services at Salon Fusion are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure the availability of your preferred time. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. For parties of five and larger, an 18 percent managing and gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.


We also have a 48-hour cancellation policy, as we aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken that scheduled appointment time. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on spa packages.

Cancelation policy

Time is important to all of us, so please be courteous of both other clients and our staff’s time. We require a 24-hour notice prior to any cancelation. Services canceled with less than four hours of advance notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee at your next scheduled appointment.

Series of treatments return policy

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that were purchased. They can be exchanged for other products or spa credit of equal value.

Gift certificate policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate. Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All gift certificates must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment. Gratuity is not included in the purchase of a gift certificate but can be given at the time of your service. If a service is scheduled with a gift certificate and the appointment is a no show, the client agrees to lose 50 percent of that gift certificate amount.

Check in

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a new client, your profile will be completed prior to your service.


Late Arrivals: We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.


Jewelry: We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit.

Cell phones

To guarantee a relaxing visit for all our guests at Salon Fusion, we ask that you please mute your cell phone during your visit.

Refund policy for products purchased at Salon Fusion

Products purchased in our store can be exchanged within 15 days with a receipt. We do not issue any refunds. Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products.
